Scottish Dancing Côte d'Azur Rules
Rule 1. Everyone must be a Member and pay the required Membership Fee (Cotisation) of 20€ per annum.
Rule 2. Term Fees, September to December and January to March, April to June may be changed on the advice of the Treasurer and agreed by the Committee.
Rule 3. The Committee of Officers (Conseil d'Administration), maybe augmented by two committee members who may be re-elected for up to two years, but must stand down after two years.
Rule 4. The committee members must be proposed in advance of the AGM as stated on the AGM notice.
Rule 5. Officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Public Relations may present themselves for re-election each year.
Rule 6. Suitable footwear must be used for dancing.
Rule 7. All members must be ready to commence dancing at 20h00.
Rule 8. All members must bring their own refreshments.
